1998 Stony Hill Riesling, Napa Valley ($13): The racy aroma of this marvelous wine has lime and honeysuckle with notes of apple, pear and even fresh basil. Texturally, it is soft, with an almost sweet finish, but crisp enough for any seafood. Stony Hill, one of California's most prestigious names of the past, still has some of this remarkable value left. Not widely available, so call the winery at 707-963-2636.
